 2021‑01‑14 ‑ Service disruption Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

Unfortunately there were a service disruption in the cloud/SAAS version version of VisionFlow between 06:50 and 07:10 on Thursday January 14th 2021 (CET/UTC+1).

 

This incident resulted in a problem where many our customers  got a "Bad Gateway" error message then trying to use the system.

 

After the initial alerts the operations team started to work on the problem and it could be solved shortly after. The reason for the problems was due to a standard change that our servers were patched with earlier in the morning. The solution to the problem was to rollback the patch made earlier. We will investigate what went wrong during the patch and then schedule it for another morning. 

 

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and problem caused. We will take measures to prevent this from happening again.
