The issue list could be customizable by selecting which attributes to display. Currently you cannot choose to hide built-in attributes. In my case, attributes like "Fix for version" and "Est. time" are not necessary for a customer support project that was set-up to be a ticketing system. I have some custom fields that I chose to display in the issue list. What happens is that attribute rows are too long, especially with my custom fields, and shows unecessary info for each support issue.

Actually, the issue list IS customizable!
You customize it in the 'Account Settings->Configuration->Issue Fields' section. Select the Issue Field Configuration you want to change and then check or uncheck the marks for "Display in Issue tab" and/or "Display in Start page" for each individual fields.

Is it possible:
1. to add more than 5 custom fields to one issue? 2. to add multi-selection list as custom field type? 3. to add some other data types (eg. date/time, integer...) as a custom field type?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible today. However, this has been planned for the next major release, available in Q4.
