I haven't been able to figure out how to filter out the sprint "No sprint". I'd like to only see items that are active. Is this possible? Thanks!

Unfortunately it's not possible to do this directly in the menu "Sprints". It would be nice with an option here called "Any sprint" so I'll add this as a request from you.

However, you can do this by creating your own search filter. You find more information on this here:

In your case the query would look something like this:

"Fix for sprint / Sprint" - Equals - *
