To be able to view SLA and the next breach for any SLA Target connected to an issue, the fields SLA and Next Breach need to be added to the Issue Field Configuration.


This video shows how to add the fields and how that will look in the issue list and the issue. The format of when the next breach will be is set in the user's profile (Presentation Format), in the section Date Settings.
