On 3rd of June between 02:35 and 06:41 our service was not accessible for some customers. The reason for this problem ha was a deadlock occurred that locked up one of the application cluster nodes in the system so that it was impossible to work in that cluster node. Sue to the nature of the problem it wasn't possible for our monitoring systems to notice up this problem and alert us about this. Once the problem was reported by an affected customer it was quickly resolved. We are sorry and apologize for the disruption, and any inconvenience caused.
