On Jan 27th there was a service disruption to the email ticketing service for a few customers which resulted in emails not being imported properly into their VisionFlow during this time. This was due to one of our subcontractors braking our contract without notifying us and blocking our IP to their firewall. We use them for mailboxes that are used by a few customers but have not set up new mailboxes with another company.
