Normally when you setup VisionFlow to manage your emails in a certain email account, such as, VP uses the name specified in the email ticket system settings on your project.


Under certain circumstances it might be useful to specify the user's name in the email. This is easy to configure in VP by following the steps below:


  • Go to the email ticket system settings on your project
  • Edit the field "Name" in the "User information" section
  • Add {senderName - } to the Name field so that it looks something like {senderName - } YourCompany Support
  • Save


The sender name in the any outgoing emails will look like "Your Name - YourCompany support




  • John Doe - VisionFlow Sales  <>
  • Jane Doe - ABCD News Agency  <>
  • Joe Smith - SpaceAce Support  <>
  • And so on ...
