Unfortunately some of our customers using the hosted/SAAS version of VisionFlow may have had problems reaching VisionFlow for a few minutes between 13:35 -13:44 on Thursday 15th of April 2021.

The incident has been resolved and we are sorry for the inconvenience and are investigating the root cause of the issue. We will take measures to prevent this from happening again.



This problem was a consequence of a service disruption at our infrastructure provider.
