Unfortunately some of our customers using the hosted/SAAS version of VisionFlow may have had problems reaching VisionFlow for 1 minute between 11:07:55 - 11:08:55 on Tueday 9th of January 2018 (CET/UTC+1).


We are sorry for the inconvenience and are investigating the root cause together with our service provider and will take measures to prevent this from happening again.
